Want to create a block print with multiple colors, without having to go through the reduction process? This is the class for you! Join us in learning how to create multi-colored prints from a single block in this multi-session workshop. Some block printing experience encouraged. 

In this class, we will review the relief printing process and learn how to plan and produce a jigsaw print. In Jigsaw printing, you cut your block into separate pieces, ink them separately, and then print them all together to create a multi-colored print without having to worry about multiple registrations. 

We will also cover the proper way to label and edition your prints!

In the first class we will discuss how to plan and prepare your print, draft out and begin carving our piece. 

Our second class will be finishing our carving, inking it, cleaning them up, and printing our editions.

All materials will be provided by instructor- make sure to dress for mess!

Cancellation Policy: We will refund 50% for any cancellation made at least eight days before the class. After 8 days, we are unable to provide refunds for any reason, including illness. If you cannot attend after registration, you are welcome to gift your tuition to a friend at no charge. We do not transfer tuition from one class to another.
