Everyday Watercolor Practice

Want help building a daily watercolor practice? Instructor Lynne Morea will share her practices and thoughts on daily painting, how it has improved her techniques, creativity, and helped her to find deep joy in the process of painting without obsessing over outcomes or focusing on a particular style.

This class will meet once to talk about how to get started, and then meet again 4 weeks later to paint together, discuss progress, questions, and tips to help one another! During the month of practice your instructor will set up a group chat and a list of prompts to encourage the daily practice.

Lynne will bring her favorite papers and all her paint palettes for students to enjoy. Students will be able to test various brands of high quality watercolor paint including Stoneground, Schmincke, A. Gallo, and many more on handmade paper using brushes provided by the instructor. All materials included.

Students are highly encouraged to bring reference photos for painting inspiration on their phones or in printed format. Lynne will have digital images to share on her phone if students do not bring their own reference. Students will have time to create several small watercolor paintings to take home.

Cancellation Policy: We will refund 50% for any cancellation made at least eight days before the class. After 8 days, we are unable to provide refunds for any reason, including illness. If you cannot attend after registration, you are welcome to gift your tuition to a friend at no charge. We do not transfer tuition from one class to another. If this class is cancelled due to low registration, students will be notified and refunded three days prior to when the initial class would have taken place.
